My Ascott 10K run went very well indeed and I was totally overjoyed to log a finishing time of 62 mins and 7 secs - It was a very tough run with 430ft of climbing up muddy hills. There can be no argument even from a pessimist like moi that I am starting to get reasonably fit.
Despite a large calorie deficit yesterday my scales decided not to recognise my success and gained a pound - A bit annoying. There are two days before the end of month weigh in so if I am careful a recovery to meet the end of month target loss of 1.5Kg is still possible.
Today it looks sunny so I am going for a light walk around the local reservoir with my camera Have a great Monday all FSers the world over
