I made it to the gym yesterday and ate reasonably well. Actually, better than the days prior but I woke up heavier. Go figure? I worked with increased resistance and worked larger muscle groups. I drank more water than usual, trying to flush out some soreness. I tried out the massage bed and chair at the gym. Not bad... It's my birthday month so I'm not going to stress...
70.9 kg Lost so far: 13.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
