Well that’s me back from two weeks of lying around and eating junk, good holiday, fab tan (fading fast) and not too bad a weight gain....back on track now x
52.1 kg Lost so far: 6.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
