We had a great time yesterday at my old school some great nostalgia with old mates. I was really glad we bothered My wife came as well, her mother was a dinner lady there she bumped into her old next door neighbours. Plus we have also booked a holiday cottage in Marazion Cornwall for mid November with some friends. So have that to look forward to.
This morning I am planning a run around Blenheim palace - Some hill running practice - it's only six days before my first official 10K, so after today I will be starting to ramp down my running and ensure proper rest days with hopefully commensurately matched low calorie food days.
After just 265 days I have all but completed this diet and I am very fast closing in on 12ST 0LB. I almost have to pinch myself that I now have plenty of energy to run six miles in close to an hour. Nine months ago at 16-1/2 stone I would be completely out of breath just climbing a set of stairs!
I hope the return to work for most of is not too painful and that you have memories of a good weekend.
