Going to Gym 2 Hours 4 days a week and also control on Diet. but i don't know why my weight increased 2 KG. in 3 to 4 days.
99.6 kg Lost so far: 11.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.8 kg a Week

I think it is too. you should measure your stomach thighs etc.. that's probably where you'll see the difference
