I have managed to avoid most of the temptations for naughty food this week so the weight gained from my weekend away has now dropped off. To meet my weight target I have ten days to lose 0.8kg, it's entirely doable. I am thinking of invoking myself a no puddings week. My new scales are indicating that my body fat has dropped from 27% to 25.5% but I am unsure how accurate that figure is but at least it is going in the right direction. My belt also has moved 15mm to the good. My 34 waist jeans are now a little loose

Yesterday my 5k parkrun went OK considering, just six seconds slower than prior run but it was very muddy and windy. I ache today but I think it is the result of playing squash after a long layoff not anything to do with running.
Today I have arranged meet up with three old school mates at a school open day today and might bump into some others, I am quite looking forward to that. I am very sure that I would not have been looking forward to this event as much weighing 105kg - I might bump into Paula Barnes!
