Massively pleased - I ran 6.8 miles yesterday for the first time and managed to keep my calorie intake below 2000.
The last few days effort has resulted in decent whoosh downwards. Today is the last day of the month so I am hoping to manage a 1000 cal deficit which should be enough to ensure no gain.

Everyone have a great weekend - and Max you are due a good weekend - Please can you finish in front of Vettel who certainly caused his own demise (and others) last race.
78.8 kg Lost so far: 26.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's dark at 6:45 , there are no street lights in the village but I need to build up a bigger deficit so I'm off out for a walk in the dark with my head torch. I may have to also do some tabata exercises when I get back. Claire is watching strictly she won't miss me.
