Well it's slowly coming off even though I scoffed lots of shortcake yesterday. Two more weigh ins before the month end and baring a miracle my original target of a 2kg loss a distant dream- I am on for a 1kg loss though if I manage to have a very good 2 days. Sept has very much been a learning month as I have been exercising a lot and I managed to pick up the munchies. It's a fight with my mind that I don't win every day.
It's my pub night tonight so I need to get off my ass and earn some beer calorie points today
