I seem to be lacking my usual determination at the moment. I had to go to bed early at 9PM and watch Netflix to stop myself scoffing a second batch of cheese and biscuits I shouldn't have had the first one or the pear cake and ice cream either. I think I'm suffering from being quite bored with the diet and also too much high carb food around the house syndrome. The weather looks appalling today, I have a little H&S to catch up with, but it's going to be a quiet relaxing day overall. I do have a new battery for my Satnav to try and swap over - It's a screen removal job. I am trying to be careful not to overdo the exercise but a 5 mile walk and 5 mile run is my plan today.

If I don't manage to loose 0.5kg in the next six days I will end the month heavier than I started -That will be a real shame

Boredom definitely plays a large part in what we eat ... or it does for me, anyway. How do you record your meals? Do you record after the fact or plan in advance? I find planning in advance means I can vary what I eat across the week and also shows me what I can vary if I need to. Maybe worth a try if you don't do it already - it might help. Have a great day!

I mix up my recording mostly though it's predicting eg what amount of blah I can have in my evening meal and still be below target cals. I think a daily calorie reset of below 2500 cals is needed. All my hunger eating problems seem to be 18:00 to 22:00 ones.
