I walked 20 miles yesterday over very hilly and muddy terrain it was the most difficult walk yet. I wasn't really expecting a gain today - it's there anyway. There is good news though my cholesterol results are back - Since dieting the total reading is 4.5 (down from 5.1) and the ratio is just 2.5 (down from 4.9) and my blood pressure is staying good off medication.
Going forward I really need a week of reigning back on intake and a bit of low carbs and exercise.
