44.8
My weight is still fluctuating. I'm wondering if its going to keep doing this on its way down, or if there's something I need to do that will make make it go more directly downward (something that's a healthy lifestyle change that doesn't make me miserable). I need to do some research, and/or think about it. Or maybe I'm expecting too much of my little scale and my body in such a short time as overnight.

I think you are correct about overnight recording. You can continue to do so if it makes you comfortable, but realistically you should only depend on, or count, a 7 day record as to true evaluation as to how you are doing on losing weight.

You might think about weighing in just once a week. Daily fluctuations don't really tell you a whole lot.

I'll think about it. I'm a little scale obsessed. But I know that's not healthy. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

Well you can weigh yourself daily, but for the graph, if you "weigh in" once a week you can see the downward trend a little better. You are showing progress, overall, you know. :)

Thanks. :) No progress this past week, I notice, but I'm planning to get my graph moving again soon. I'm taking your advice and cutting down a tad on the weigh-ins.
