Finally focused towards the end of the week on healthy eating and managed to loose some weight 😀 Now I need to start adding the exercise back into my schedule to continue to loose it.. just hard at the moment with work and revision for my exams which leaves me with little time for anything else.. but it has to be done! I wish you all a great week xxx
