That looks lovely, you know exactly what's in it and it probably didn't take as long to cook as you wait for the delivery of a takeaway after calling! Talk about a win-win-win 👍🏻

thanks bubblegum it was tasty 😀 Phooka yes it took around 30 min to cook and very low in fat and calories. Although nice chow main from local Chinese would be worth waiting for! 😂😂😂
