Adpully's Journal, 18 Sep 17

Two days exercise rest plus a maintenance level intake over the weekend has given me a shocking 2 Kg woosh upwards that I wasn't expecting. I have had a lot of carbs and that may be a big contributor. Hopefully I can recover this week. I'm not too worried but I think a few 2000 calorie intake days with less carbs are called for plus I need to get a bit of extra exercise in - it's not going to be so easy this week though.

FS'ers Best of luck this week.
