Stalled. Weight loss is 10% diet and 90% head game. Having a hard time wrapping my head around it. Being far less ocd about calories per day and macros.
90.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

stalled here too....going to get ocd again today.....it's hard to get back in when you have taken off a few days or a couple of weeks.....been meaning to ask you if you have had huckleberry season??? I did make myself do the bike this morning....listened to Springsteen and got through it!!!!

No huckleberries this year. It seems to be really spotty in certain kinds of weather conditions. Also, my favourite picking spot was logged this year. :(
