Now that is more like it! If only it can stay down here this time, and keep going down...

Last night I gave myself time off from exercising (only did 15 mins) but I ate less, too.

Edited to note: Interesting. Per the Slow down diet, I paid very close attention to my smoothie at breakfast, and realized that I was full before I was done. So I put the rest away for consumption later in the day.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
