Yesterday was a full on exercise day a 25Km walk in under 4 hours in the morning and a 8Km in 51mins 30sec run in the afternoon. So it's no surprise I woke up with a stiffy. It's now been 8 days in a row where I have run five miles it is starting to be much less of a chore for me.
It's now been a week without any BP medication and the average BP is steady on a decent 120/70 - I should get my cholesterol results in a week. My last test 18 months ago was 5.3 I was less active and heavier then so I am hoping for a reduction. Today it's visit Mum day for shopping - She also has a routine doctors appointment so I can take her to that at the same time.
