I have started my search for a good gym fit. I visited a gym yesterday. It was pretty much a no frills gym, no basketball or tennis courts. Basically, what I'm looking for is a gym with good resistance machines and free weights. The gym I visited last night was medium sized, had new well maintained machines and clean facilities. The major downside as the cost compared to the amount of equipment available. I did get a free week to try the gym out and got in a good workout. I'm loving that post workout feeling...
