I was very pleased with the large overnight drop - About time.
Yesterday I did do quite a lot of exercise which included my first timed 5K (just over 3 miles) jog in 29 minutes 7 seconds. I am overjoyed with that time given my situation.

The reason for the timed run is that I have located a local 5K fun run to do 29th October - Just under eight weeks time. My latest plan is to run at least 3 miles every other day and use this as a stepping stone hopefully for a 10K in early 2018. My belly fat is disappearing really well now and 34 waist trousers are not a tight fit on me any more. I am now just 2.2Kg away from a BMI of 25

I had a great day bird spotting on Monday - Spotted my first ever winchat on Greenham common


Today I have to visit my Mum

Many thanks for the offer - It is a charity run but the entry fee itself is all the charity are expecting for the church bells. If/when I run a 10K then I was thinking of running for the charity mind. I might tout for your business then.

I'm jealous. I can't set goals like that anymore . I use to compete in cross country many moons ago in 😕my teenage years
