No excuses 😐 That's what happens when you let yourself loose for couple of months.. Hard work starts again. Holidays in Dominican Republic on 31st of October and then award ceremony on 17th November so need to lose as much as I can before then. Got so far, will get much further just need to stick to it. thank you Thomas! Having the knowledge is not the issue for me.. is sticking to it that's the problem 😂😂😂 I lost enough weight not to be classed as obese but there is loads more to be done and I'm now ready to do it ☺ Good luck with your plan x
