Hi guys, it's the dreaded weigh in day. As l have said previously l changed to a fortnightly weigh-in to see if l would see better results WELL l am sat here with a smug smile on my face lol a whopping 5.7lbs loss, as you can imagine l am well pleased with it. I spent a few hours last night going over my meal plan and I tweeted a few bits here and there to give me a bit more variety. It's too easy to just eat the same things because it's convenient and easy. I have found a few great recipes that I should be able to cook without having to go on a course that will enable me to bulk cook a number of my main courses, this will save a mountain of time and help with portion control. I will be doing some shopping today and to prevent me from straying to the sweets section I have compiled a list which I will adhere to. The weather forecast is looking good for the weekend in this area so I will be able to get out on my bike and get some mileage in. As you can imagine l am buzzing at the moment and feeling so good about myself. I hope that this excitement will rub off on you guys and spur you on to achieve your goals. I hope I find you all in good health and spirit, be good and enjoy your day. I'm off to get ready to go out shopping, catch up soon bye for now.

That's a brilliant weight loss, well done!! I know I'm guilty of eating the same old things each week! I've started writing a list of all the things I eat taking into account portion size and calories, starting with those things I eat away from home. Next I'm going to calories count, in the recipe section, some of my favourite meal so I have them ready in advance. Enjoy your bike rides this weekend!

WOW, that's Amazing 😉 👍🏼💪🏼 I'm unfortunately addicted to check the scales, so I'm impressed that you're able to leave them stay for two weeks! I'm sort of guilty of eating pretty much the same, at least for breakfast and lunch, although I do try to make some changes there now and again. Dinners I find easier as I do not mind cooking, we're now back using the Hairy Dieters books, and there are so many different dishes to choose from. Good luck with the shopping, always make sure you've eaten before hitting the shop, lot easier to stay focused, then shopping whilst hungry, that's when the bad stuff sneaks into the shopping 🛒...
