I managed a twenty mile walk yesterday and my little toes are a bit sore today.
My end of month metric registering a 2kg loss - Overall I'm pleased with this,
but somewhat surprised that I picked up a 0.5kg overnight gain following a 1800 calorie deficit.

I have no specific plans today but have a few things to do in the garden and may finalise how to get the electrics and signal routed to the new TV.
