I was disappointed when I saw my weight this morning but then I got happy when I saw that my bfp went down to 44.7. Hopefully this means that the weight gained is muscle. All those lunges I did last night *did* kick my butt (or rather, my thighs, actually).
93.1 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 34.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
