Hi guys, I only just sat down for a cuppa and my watch vibrated and told me to get my butt moving lol it would seem that there is no rest for the wicked lol l will finish my cuppa and get ready for a trip to the gym.
105.9 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
