The visit to the physio yesterday was very useful. She did a thorough evaluation and set me up with a personal exercise program that will help to speed up my recovery. I wish I could have known about these specific self help exercises six months ago because already after two rotations I can see that they are going to benefit me massively.

Yesterday I ordered a 49" smart TV from the Tesco outlet and I have a gym mat, foam roll and lacrosse balls incoming - My mini gym plan is progressing.

Today I am off for a long walk.

Be good, the long weekend is nigh.
79.9 kg Lost so far: 25.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
