Adpully's Journal, 21 Aug 17

All is well at Adpully towers, the veg garden is producing food with Courgettes, french bean, runner beans, potatoes, onions ,strawberries and chillis all doing well. The garlic though was not much good.



Diet and health wise all is tracking well
