Well the excess I had on Thursday is slowly working it's way off. I had picked up an overnight weight gain of 1.5Kg through a single day out in London two meals out plus a few drinks. All being well I will be back to where I was by Monday.
After a few days clicking away our large fridge freezer has failed we were unable to find a repair person. Fortunately we have a neighbour with plenty of space and were able to save some stuff - As usual with these things we had just filled it. Tonight might be a take away so I will have to be careful.
