The day in London was great lots, of walking and eating and drinking. I didn't log the weight gain yesterday hoping it would be gone by today, nope. Off for a long walk in a moment.

Todays walk was from home to Thrupp with a circular walk around the canal then home 17.1/3 miles -Picked a pound of blackberries en route, fell off a high stile onto shoulder and got stuck in a barbed fence (OK now) , found a single mushroom but no toast and bumped into a old mate on the way back, all in 4 hours 55mins.

It's a great year for them really big and juicy -We picked 5lb of them last week for some jam - Was great for a ad hoc cream tea
