Finally some progress, sort of, a small drop so today I am feeling good about weight reduction- I am targeting ending this month at under 80.5kg so at current speed I have plenty still to do.Exercise wise I have logged 52 miles of specific walks in the last week which contributed to an average of 22000 steps per day. My average walking speed for my long +12mile walks is 3.6 MPH -Not too bad.

I won a really nice walking and birding jacket on Ebay last night to add to the 3 jackets, 3 shirts and 2 pairs of trousers already collected. A few more bits and I am ready for all weather walking 2 or three times a week.

Today I am planning a relative rest day and started off with a nice little fried breakfast. Hopefully a sub 2000 calorie day and no weight bounce back.

Yesterday I heard about 3rd world squats, I am some way off being able to do it properly as my heels come off the floor in order to balance but plan to see if I can get closer to a proper one in the coming month.

have a good one

Yes I did my longest walk on Saturday - I try and get up so that I can set off at 6AM once over the weekend. Next jacket is going to be a light but good waterproof that will work as a pack away or a top for a quick walk.
