Struggling to lose weight ATM -Still 100% logging food on FS and my cals used through Fit-bit
I will make an effort going forward to drink more fluids.

I'm still doing a lot of walking - Just back from a 21-3/4 mile walk in under six hours, really pleased with how reasonable I feel afterwards. I have been rewarded with a nice bacon and egg butty for my lunch.

Other news I have come to the point where all three of my old jackets/coats are simply stupidly big for me - Very pleased to say that I managed to sell one on ebay for £30 and bought two nearly new medium sized replacements for £24 delivered. Also just pushed the button to some second hand hiking shirts, And some nice unused walking trousers - My wife thinks I am a real cheapskate.

Onwards and mostly downwards

Try and not be disheartened, one day at a time

You are maintaining after changing diet from strict low carb to a more family friendly plan, which is a huge achievement because that is when a weight gain is more likely. You are also increasing your exercise so you are doing extremely well on two fronts. Just stick at it and if it still doesn't start to shift in a month or so try mixing up the foods you eat and a small calorie cut. I suspect, however, that you will be losing, just that it will be slower and maybe more of a monthly decrease rather than daily/weekly like previously. I'm sure your overall trend already reflects that.

Cheers H2Go -It feels like the last two months have actually been more difficult than the previous four. No one from LCHF mentions the transition from LCHF to normal that has got to happen for most people. It's pretty tough and unrewarding - If I had a way of measuring my overall fat percentage I would probably be able to see the improvement over the last month. That said I do feel very fit indeed.
