Off for a weeks holidays, and off on a deload, but I have a plan. I'm okay with the weight. I know I'm on track with the calories. I've also got a routine going that should be boosting hgh levels. Travel day. 600 miles/ 1000 km.
90.5 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 3.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.2 kg a Week
