It's coming up to the end of the month and I'm determined to keep on track of my plan. A determined few days of plenty of exercise and circa 2100 cals per day intake are needed.
Heading off early this morning for another walk. This evening I am taking some photos at a live americana music session where two bands including a good mate of mine are recording it live.
