Yesterday was good -A nice 14.5 mile walk in the morning. I managed a successful battery change on my old Iphone 5s - Having read lots of horror stories I was worried something would break. What a great thing utube vids can be, lets hope that the new battery holds a decent charge? Today I think I will attempt another long walk to help encourage a little more weight loss.
