John10251's Journal, 27 Jul 17

Yesterday was very productive. I power washed the house and prepared the front walkway for coating by repairing the cracks in the cement and then went to band practice. When I got back home I was so tired I went to bed earlier than usual. I woke up this morning slightly sore and almost two pounds lighter. The only downside was that my nutrition was lacking. Besides breakfast, I ate two fast food burgers and no veggies all day. To add insult to injury, I ate some gelato from the freezer when I got back home. I hope to do better eating today and I am grateful for what I accomplished yesterday...

Sounds like you worked the calories off regardless of what you ate, which is success.

Nice drop John...still making it work. Also, the magic of a good night's sleep cannot be forgotten...especially for us more mature folks :-)
