I am sure that it was a lot of water and that is why I had the big drop. I fasted for one day too and that makes a huge difference. I have to play with my own head too. I needed some movement on that scale to bring out my self discipline and it worked.

The discovery of my bodies reaction to sugars is extreme. If I cut the carbs out I don't feel the hunger and feel deprived.

Since the fire and the move to Edmonton I feel abandoned. I have loafed around my apartment. Well this spring I applied for a garden spot in the back of the buiding ...it is not huge .. a salad garden. I bought a bike too. I had it for two week and it was stolen so I bought another.

I road to the library and back today. It almost killed me. When I got home and looked in the mirror I was pink and covered in sweat. I had to stop a few times because my heart was pounding out of my chest. It was a terrible trip. I got there and I had a heartburn attack and went into the nearest bar and got a $4.00 glass of milk. I was so shaken I didn't get any books ... I am going to do it tomorrow if the weather clears. We are having thunder storms this evening.

Eight years ago I would ride out to the airport and back every weekend. It is 21km each way. The other ride was from town to Liard and that hill goes into the river valley. Massive hill and I could peddle up with out stopping. It is about twenty five Kl each way. It was fun back then.... not so much now.
