New to all this. Over the duration of a couple of years I have lost just over 6 stone. People said loosing the weight was the easy part, keeping it off is the hard part, this I thought was a load of rubbish ,it's not and I have put on 2 stone over a year and a half,So here I begin again, aiming to loose that 2 stone.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
