Today is walk day and a 16 mile walk is planned. it's cloudy out and rain is a possibility so could it could be interesting. Currently I am the same weight that I was three weeks ago so I would welcome a little drop.

Have a good day! I hope it isn't as muggy as it was yesterday, my walk at lunchtime was horrible and it felt as if there was no air at all.

Hi Adpully, l hope you managed to get out on your walk and the weather was kind to you, the weather forecasted for my region has been correct and it's raining hard here, l will give it a few more hours and if it has not changed l will get my turbo trainer out and have a workout on that. Hope you see a loss because I know how demoralising it can be when you have put in the hard work. Good luck!!!!

It rained for two hours - We got very lost about 4 times great fun ended up 17 miles walked - I had new waterproof trousers on so legs stayed dry - My Cag in a bag needs replacing
