22 mile cycle ride yesterday along the Exe Trail, what we didn't realise was that we would be sharing the day with hundreds of competitors in the Devon Classic Bike Ride - it was a bit hairy and I have the bruises to prove it ☹️
56.2 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
