Not bad, one of my daughters made me a sponge cake for mothers day and the youngest bought me a large box of chocolates,....well it would be rude not to.
65.2 kg Lost so far: 3.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
