Maintenance is still in progress. I think the loss is just normal water drain off. I plan to go hard on Monday and get my puffy back on. Soreness and water retention will very likely follow. It may be by imagination but, I think I can actually see a faint outline of my ab muscles today. Definition is up in my arms and legs. Not bad for a guy getting ready to go on Medicare. GOD is good!!!
70.0 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
