I had a lovely day Birding in Nottingham we visited the Attenborough nature centre and a gravel pit had great view of the bee eaters. Altogether too much food but sometimes you just have to go with the occasion.
83.4 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
