Yesterday without warning the car battery discharged all it's power and would not recharge I had to get and fit a new one. This meant I only managed three hours on my fencing job so it is not finished and I am £70 poorer.
Better news - I only managed to eat 1728 calories yesterday instead of my planned 2200 to 2500 simply because I was just too busy. As planned though I jogged and managed 3 miles in 31-1/2 minutes. All of this good work resulted in a nice 0.5kg drop. I am very pleased with the jogging up to 3 miles after just my fifth run!!
Even better news - Today is my 60th Birthday - We are taking my mum to a teashop this morning and going for a posh meal tonight. There will certainly be an extra food day or two this week with various impromptu celebrations. I have my first present already, a nice new pair of binoculars ready for a birding day tomorrow in Nottingham.
