Walked 18 - 1/2 miles yesterday was hungry and ate a lot. So small weight increase result was not unexpected.
I still had a calories decent deficit so It will hopefully all fall off today.

Have a good one.

So just a short jaunt, AP? 😂😂. The weather really improved yesterday afternoon, didn't it? We had a stroll around the village then a couple of beers and a stroll home again. Lovely!
