I went on the scale, but I also been exercising for 2 hours, I hope some of it is muscle, because I have been keeping my carbs low, since last week, and exercising very hard, so I will see in the next couple of days, too see if my scale start to go back down, and I haven't eaten today, I started incorporating fasting every day now, to help me and my body to stay in keto. I'm going to stay Encourage, and push forward to fight, to get down under my 200's. Everyone Stay Encourage, Focus, Uplifted, Prayerful, And Watchful we're going to get where we trying to get to, in and with Jesus Christ. Have a wonderful rest of your day.
