Well it's last day of the month and a small reduction back to where I was. If I manage another 0.1 kg overnight then I will have managed a 2kg total loss in June. I guess that is reasonable since I have transitioned from low carb to medium carb in the month (83 to 150g per day average) It has been a real struggle and I am often hungry but hopefully in July my body will get used to the diet change.

After lots of thought I have decided to continue to loose some weight albeit much slower than I have been the last five months.I am definitely thin boned so am about to reset my target to 12 stone (76kg) when I hopefully succeed my BMI will be 24.5. The target is to weigh in at 12 stone by the end of 2017 so a 1.1 kg loss per month and a daily calorie deficit of just - 300 incl lots of exercise. Hopefully I will also be able to get my blood pressure to a level where I can ditch the tablets before that.

Today I am putting up some large gates for a friend of a friend for a little cash reward.

I expect it depends on what kind of carbs you introduce. If they are unrefined carbs i.e white flour products they will spike your appetite. You will figure it out mate. Keep the faith. 😇👍

Eat fibre rich carbs where poss, oats, seeds, nuts, legumes, fruits, that kind of thing, that'll help...
