Hi smithmicheala - bit confused as what you mean by receipts? Is this message aimed at me?  

Hi yes i was replying to yoy it's was predictive text I meant recipes well the basis of that meal you liked is a brand called Explore Asian the product is an organic Edamame Spaghetti it is so quick and easy to cook in boiling water it takes 3 minutes I then refresh in cold waterto quickly cool I then get a small pan of the following ingredients to lightly shallow fry in olive oil 1 x onion 2 x garlic herbs of your choice I then add the spaghetti And a half teaspoon of dunns river jerk sauce once mixed I then add hot smoked salmon usually it's the one with sweet chilli or just a plain hot salmon cherry tomatoes and a spring onion a long with a boiled egg hope this helps 😉  

You find the product Asian Explore organic Edamame on the gluten free section in Morrison's I'm not sure about other supermarkets but it's defo gluten free section 😉

Oh yeah I forgot I added cucumber and sprinkled with parsley I just try to going whatever I have from my fridge Do you like Spicy food?
