On an exercise front I was going to be late for the doctors yesterday so I ran 25% of the way 1.6 miles - I didn't feel too bad. So last night I donned some shorts and trainers and ran 1.2 miles without stopping in 13.67 minutes. It's a lot quicker way to use up calories than walking. So I will have another bash today.
