Happy, happy, happy. That should be the end of the weight gain from the creatine load. Fat loss is happening... down a belt notch. 6 pm is the end of my 44 4 fast. Looking forward to reading tonight. Yum!

Yes. Where they suggest 10 grams to load for a week followed by 5 GR per day after that, I've finally discovered that for someone my size, it's 20 GR per day... Period.
