Rough week. After visiting dad and indulging his every whim (and doing as he did, lol), I'm having a hard time ditching the carbs. Today should help. Fast day. Coffee and water only. Not sure if I'll break it tomorrow morning or tomorrow evening. I should probably try to make it the evening. Very pleased with my current weight lifting approach, and the new supplements seem to be making a difference. Good to go next week.
