Yesterday was our 39th wedding anniversary and had a great time at Harrogate food show but the three course meal, large cooked breakfast and numerous tastings of food wine and spirits came with 1.4kg gain consequences. Hopefully the gain will be very short term.

The weather looks a bit dull today so we will probably be doing a little more decorating and spring cleaning -We are planning on putting the house on the market this month so we can move to somewhere closer to the seaside with a larger garden. Other news is It's my wife's birthday on Tuesday this will probably mean another meal out that I could really do without.
88.9 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Congratulations to you both! 🍾🍾 I'm sure you've both had the "could have killed them and been out by now" jokes so I won't go there 😂😉. You've been doing so welll these past months that I'm sure a bit of a splurge last week and another this week won't destroy everything you've done. It would be a shame to miss out on such celebrations, anyway. Take care!
